RECRUITMENT
2025 RECRUITMENT VIDEO
Dear Potential New Member,
My name is MaKenna Pierce, and I have the privilege of serving as the Membership Vice President of Gamma Phi Beta. On behalf of all of us, I want you to know how genuinely excited we are to get to know you. Recruitment can feel overwhelming, emotional, and maybe even a little bit scary. You might be wondering if you’ll find your place, your people, your home. I remember those feelings all too well. But I also remember the moment I walked through the doors of Gamma Phi Beta; it was like a deep breath. I felt seen, heard, and accepted for exactly who I was, even when I didn’t have all the right words or perfect answers. The energy, the authenticity, and the sisterhood I experienced were unlike anything else. I knew then: this was where I belonged.
What I want you to know is this—there is no perfect formula for recruitment. Be yourself. Trust your instincts. Focus less on impressing and more on connecting. You are not just looking for a chapter that you love, you’re also looking for a chapter that truly sees and values you. And you deserve that. At Gamma Phi Beta, we believe in building strong girls and stronger women. We believe in supporting each other and lifting one another. We believe that sisterhood is about more than matching t-shirts and events—it’s about lifelong friendships, deep conversations at 2 a.m., shared dreams, and unconditional support. It's real. It's lasting. It's love.
No matter where you end up, I hope you find the place that feels like home, the way Gamma Phi Beta did for me. And if that place is with us, know that there is a room full of sisters ready to welcome you with open arms.
With all my heart,
MaKenna Pierce
Membership Vice President
LETTER FROM OUR MEMBERSHIP VICE PRESIDENT

LETTER FROM OUR NEW MEMBER EDUCATOR
Howdy, beautiful girls!
Congratulations on starting this exciting new chapter in your lives. My name is Emma Prilop, and I am the 2025 New Member Educator for the Zeta Rho chapter of Gamma Phi Beta! I am so excited for you to take the next steps in your journey here at Texas A&M University. Becoming a member of Gamma Phi Beta and joining the Aggie Greek community was one of the best decisions I ever made, and I couldn’t be more grateful for all of the relationships and amazing opportunities that being a Gamma Phi has given me. My team and I have been preparing all year to welcome you here this fall, and I am thrilled to get to know each and every one of you! Joining a sorority can be overwhelming at first, but my job as New Member Educator is to help ease your transition into membership as a constant source of mentorship, love, and support. My hope is to make you feel as loved and welcomed in this sisterhood just as Gamma Phi made me.
The next four years are going to be full of new beginnings, amazing memories, and beautiful friendships. You are going to learn and grow so much, and I am blessed that I get a front row seat to watch the start of it all. I will always be in your corner, and I am so excited to meet you!
XOXO,
Emma Prilop
