RECRUITMENT
2026 RECRUITMENT VIDEO
Coming Soon….
Dear Potential New Member,
Howdy! My name is Nadia Treviño and I have the privilege of serving as the Membership Vice President here at Gamma Phi Beta. Gamma Phi Beta is so full of light, joy, and love, and I can’t wait for you to feel it the moment you walk through our front doors.
As we approach recruitment season, I know nerves, anticipation, and questions are starting to form. My best advice is to take a deep breath, trust your instincts, remain true to yourself, and know that you are worthy in every form. These are the few things that brought me to Gamma Phi in the first place.
From the moment I walked in, I knew I would be unconditionally loved for the person I am, not for who i was trying to be. This sisterhood has shaped me into someone I used to dream about becoming, and I couldn’t have done that, nor be in the position I am today without the proud, passionate, and dedicated girls that stand with me in this chapter.
With that being said, I am sending you the best energy, and lots of love and support as you enter this new chapter in your life. I’m looking forward to meeting you all very soon!
With love,
Nadia Treviño

LETTER FROM OUR MEMBERSHIP VICE PRESIDENT
LETTER FROM OUR NEW MEMBER EDUCATOR
Dear PNMs,
I am beyond excited for you all to begin the recruitment process. It’s hard to believe I was in your shoes just two years ago, and now the time has come for you to step forward and find your own forever home. I remember feeling both nervous and excited during recruitment—emotions you may be experiencing right now. Through it all, I encourage you to have confidence in yourself and trust the process. Be genuine, trust your instincts, and lead with your heart. Recruitment is such a special opportunity to find your sisterhood and become part of something bigger than yourself.
I feel incredibly grateful to have found my home in Gamma Phi Beta. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with open arms, genuine kindness, and unwavering support. As new member educator, I hope to be that same source of mentorship, encouragement, and support as you transition into membership. My team and I have been preparing all year, and we are truly so excited to meet each and every one of you this fall. My hope is to create an environment where you feel seen, supported, and truly at home—just as Gamma Phi Beta did for me. This sisterhood has pushed me to grow into a better friend, daughter, sister, and leader, and the friendships I’ve found here truly define what it means to be home.
I am sending you so much love and all my well wishes as you take these next steps in finding your forever home. The girls at 1400 Athens will be cheering you on every step of the way! We cannot wait to meet you and help you experience the sense of belonging that awaits you within the Panhellenic community. Remember—trust the process, stay true to yourself, and bloom where you are planted!
With love,
Maddy Charley
